Dr Murray, who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the singer's death, has made a series of revelations about his former patient in a tell-all titled This Is It.
The doctor who served two years out of a four-year sentence between 2011 and 2013, claims Jackson told him about getting hormone shots in a confessional conversation.
'He began talking vaguely, seeming to have more difficulty describing precisely what happened to him. Maybe he was almost at the limit to his cathartic confession that night,' Murray told the Mirror.
'But what Michael said left me the impression that he had been given injections, probably hormones, to delay puberty He said The hormone shots could explain all of Jackson's 'unusual behavior' and 'morphological changes'.
Murray also claims that Jackson had painful callouses on his feet as well as a chronic fungal infection. 'It turned out he always wore socks because he was so ashamed of the way his feet looked,' Murray told the Mirror.
Murray met Jackson for the first time in 2006, three years before the singer's death of a cardiac arrest.
