AMCON Moves to Take Over Sen. Ben Bruce's Properties


Report from Sahara Reporters has it that The Assets Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON) have secured an order from a Federal High Court in Lagos, to take over companies owned by businessman, Senator Ben Murray-Bruce.

According to the news media, Sen Murray-Bruce and his family members who appeared as his business partners have defaulted in the repayment of N11billion loan to banks. They plan to takeover Silverbird Cinemas and other companies in Abuja, Lagos and Porthacourt by Thursday morning over the alleged loan default.
